A roll out of six pubs was completed in 2016, totalling £2.5 million. The aim was to look for a fresh alternative to regular pub cuisine and our approach was to use design to communicate the authenticity of the offer. The environment created reflects the fresh hand-prepared nature of the food with an earthy material palette.
